e right around the corner and there is no better person to spread the ho-ho-holiday cheer than Santa Claus. He will be in Edwardsville on Saturday, November 29 (the Saturday after Thanksgiving). Don't miss Santa riding down Main Street at 12:45 p.m. in a City firetruck, arriving at Nickel Plate Station at 1 p.m.
From November 29 to December 20, Santa will be at the Nickel Plate Station for free visits every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and every Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m., except for Saturday, December 6.
On Saturday, December 6, Santa will visit City Park, 101 S. Buchanan Street, for Edwardsville's Winter Market Festival. He will meet with young visitors between 1 and 4 p.m. Find details about this event on our Winter Market Festival page.
Nickel Plate Station sits on the outskirts of Lewis & Clark Community College's N.O. Nelson Complex, 600 Troy Road (opposite Market Basket).
