2. Per City Ordinance Sec. 82-25, Notice to Solicitors; Duty to Observe, The Police Department shall maintain an annual “Do Not Contact List” registry which will be available on the city’s website and at the Public Safety Building. The “Do Not Contact List” shall set forth the address of the property of the owners/tenants of the property who do not wish to be solicited or wish to receive solicitors. It is the responsibility of the solicitor to make himself or herself aware of the list before entering into the act of soliciting.

   If you live within the City of Edwardsville and wish to be added to the “Do Not Contact List” please complete the form below.  

   Please note that only your address will be provided to any solicitor, no personal information will be shared.

   This list will be cleared and restarted January 1 of each year.  If you wish for you address to appear on the list you must complete this form again after January 1.  A reminder notification will be made to any person that appears on the list.
