Welcome to the City of Edwardsville Department of Human Resources
The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Department include: hiring of employees, processing the City’s bi-weekly payroll, and administering the City's Health Insurance Plan for employees and retirees. Additional responsibilities include administering FMLA, COBRA, unemployment, worker’s compensation, wage reporting, seasonal hiring, training and development, and assisting in collective bargaining matters.
